Welcome to the Kenova Volunteer Fire Department Emergency Medical Services Division. We are the only Paid part of the department. We provide EMS coverage to approximately 6,300 people in approximately a 65 square mile area. Currently, the Kenova Volunteer Fire Department is blessed with (71) trained personnel. Our staff includes (17) Paramedics and (18) Emergency Medical Technicians, all highly-trained and ready to respond when tragedy strikes.
We are very proud of all our members. We are staffed with most shifts being ALS (Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) only when necessary.
